Maddie Brown has dedicated her career to promoting the dignity of all work. Having earned her B.A., M.P.A, and J.D. all from the University of Washington, Maddie is a proud triple dawg. While at UW, Maddie served as President of both the Public Interest Law Association and the Women’s Law Caucus. Maddie’s own experiences as a low-wage worker have given her a passion for protecting vulnerable workers and the strong desire to improve conditions across the board for the working class. Maddie’s previous work includes community organizing, legislative and electoral advocacy, digital communications, and grassroots fundraising. Maddie is proud to advocate for labor organizations and individual workers before state and federal courts, the NLRB, PERC, and in arbitration. Maddie is also proud to facilitate diversity, equity, and inclusion programming for labor organizations, apprenticeship programs, employers, and other organizations in the Pacific Northwest.
