Troy Thornton is an Associate Attorney with our firm, and brings a wealth of experience and a passionate commitment to advocating for workers' rights, making him a valuable asset to our team. 

Troy has dedicated his career to labor law, and before joining our firm he spent several years representing public sector unions, where he honed his skills in handling various labor law issues. His journey in labor law began as an in-house attorney for a private sector labor union, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges faced by workers in different industries. Troy's expertise includes handling unfair labor practice hearings, collective bargaining, and arbitration proceedings. Witnessing the power imbalance that exists in many workplaces fuels his desire to even the playing field for hard-working Americans.

Troy earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where he not only developed his legal acumen but also met his wife, Katrina. Troy and Katrina reside in Edmonds with their two beloved dogs, Esmeralda and Piggy. Outside of his legal work, Troy is a barbecue enthusiast, always on the hunt for the best BBQ in the Seattle area, whether it's from a local restaurant or his own backyard. He is also an avid sports fan, with his favorite sport rotating between baseball and football depending on the time of the year.
