SaNni M-K Lemonidis is the co-founder and Managing Principal of Streepy Lemonidis Consulting & Law Group, PLLC. She has devoted her entire legal career to the labor movement and advancing the interests of labor organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Prior to starting her practice with Aaron Streepy in June of 2024, SaNni spent thirteen years at Robblee Detwiler and then started her own firm, Lemonidis Consulting & Law Group, in June of 2020.
SaNni has represented union clients before arbitrators, the National Labor Relations Board, the Public Employment Relations Commission, as well as the Washington state and federal courts. She has represented clients pursuing claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, various wage and hour violations, union contract violations, and unfair labor practices. SaNni is a seasoned labor negotiator with experience bargaining first contracts and successor contracts in both the private and public sectors. She has also negotiated favorable settlements that have resolved employment disputes, union grievances, unfair labor practice charges, and wage claims involving individual employees.
SaNni also advises labor organizations, non-profits, and small businesses on a range of employment and labor law matters, including regulatory compliance and enforcement of state and federal prevailing wage laws, federal and state anti-discrimination and leave laws, collective bargaining, contract administration, employee representation, and internal union affairs and administration.
In addition to her traditional labor law practice, SaNni leads the firm’s training and consulting practice. She is a seasoned educator who has developed a wide range of training modules to help organizations in various industries educate their staff and constituents on how to promote and sustain a discrimination- and harassment-free environment. SaNni enjoys partnering with her clients to deploy interactive training and workshops that are directly applicable to their industry and work environment. Her approach is to build a relationship with each client to fully understand their mission, culture, and unique needs. We do not offer a one-size-fits-all approach but tailor everything we offer to ensure the best possible results for our clients.
SaNni is also passionate about educating clients on diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”) principles and designing programming that meets the organization's specific needs. Given the differences in lived experiences, knowledge of DEI principles, and experience navigating these potentially divisive conversations, it is important to create meaningful opportunities for engagement and learning for everyone. Her work developing and implementing strategic DEI plans has helped various organizations build a foundation, structure, and knowledge base needed to create organizational and cultural change that is not just surface-level but deep and enduring.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, SaNni moved to Washington in 1996 to attend the University of Washington. Before she became an attorney, SaNni spent a decade as a retail buyer and manager for a few storied local businesses in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle. SaNni earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA. In her spare time, SaNni enjoys traveling across the country (39 states and counting), going to see live music, creating art, and exploring the natural beauty of Washington with her three amazing children and their quirky French bulldog, Dani.
